I’ve been waiting for some time to purchase a Narwal S30pro however the standard price was a little more than my budget, after trying various Bissel wet & dry mops and returning them all for refunds I carefully reviewed the S30pro over many many hours.

The Black Friday sale lowered the price just enough to make it affordable to me so I purchased it at a great price.

The machine itself works exactly as promised, vacuums and mops and leaves a perfect finish on my terrazzo tiles.

The various Bissels I’d purchased & returned left streaks all over the floor, my tiles are sealed mat finish so I was hoping the Narwal would not do the same, it gave a perfect streak free result on first use, incredibly easy to use it just glides around and when finished unlike other machines you simply empty the dirty water tank and heavy particle mesh bag and your done and it really does self clean , moreover it dries itself perfectly so there is no nasty odour from your machine, and you don’t have to leave the parts outside for 24 hours waiting for them to dry like similar machines.

The after sales service was terrific, Daniel looked after any questions I had regarding shipping and other stupid questions I asked too, he was helpful and I couldn’t ask for more from a customer support person, a lot of companies could learn from Daniel.

I’ve had the Dreame X50 and the Ecovacs X11 Omni.

This one is far superior to both in comparison and I’m extremely happy with it!

S30 Pro is a gorgeous product too!

I absolutely love this vacuum! It looks sleek, but more importantly, it's super practical for everyday use. It handles both wet and dry messes in one go, so I don't need to sweep first and then mop—it takes care of everything at once. The self-cleaning function is a total game-changer. After I'm done, it basically cleans itself, which saves me a ton of time.

With pets and kids at home, accidents happen all the time—spilled drinks, pet food, muddy paw prints. This machine makes cleanup so much easier. The suction is powerful, and it glides smoothly when pushing or pulling. Honestly, it feels way easier to use than any of the ones I've owned before.

Although it's not for carpets, that's fine for me cuz it meets all my demands for the hardwood and tile, since most areas of my home is covered with hardwood. It helps me to remain the floors clean with less effort and maintenance for the machine. So for me, all of these are highly cost-effective for me to keep it in my home.

I did so much research on different brands/options and finally bit the bullet. So happy I did. I love it! We have a collie plus 4 kids and this does the trick everytime and makes me feel like I actually have my s**t together. 🙏

Narwal Freo S - Robot Vacuum & Mop

As a busy mum of 2 under 5 and 1 hairy/ shedding Rottweiler I can highly recommend this vac/ mop. It’s an absolute game changer.

This is such a great product. I have the type of tiles which show up everything. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and a lot of foot prints smudges. The S20 has given me back my sanity. It is so easy to use and cleans the floor perfectly. Love love love the self clean function and the tangle free roller - did I mention I have 3 large dogs. I did my bathrooms x 2, laundry, 2 hall ways, kitchen, dining and rumpus and still had 59% power left. Such a great product, so easy to use, store and empty water tank and waste. The vacuum talks you through everything.

I'm using this mop for 2 months now, and this is a best gadget for the laminate flooring we have all over the house. No more buckets and washing mop pads. With two cats it's just perfect, and cleaning mop is very easy. I'm really enjoying cleaning my floors now. Buy it now!
