Worth EVERY penny. My floors have never been so clean. I am so impressed by the Narwal that I had to come write a review, and I usually never write reviews. It is efficient, easy to use, excellent suction and mopping, and it self-propels making it almost effortless. The detergent that it came with is great, it's not that strong of a smell when in use (I'm sensitive to cleaner smells.) I have a golden retriever who sheds a crazy amount. I also have 3 kids. One of which is a baby who throws a bunch of food still. It's so easy to just whip that thing out and clean under the table in one step (after I've picked up the big food pieces). I used to dread having to Swiffer or vacuum, and then mop. Now I love it because it's all in one step. The self cleaning is awesome. It was super easy to dump out the dirty water tank and rinse the filter (so much hair and gunk). Just buy this thing. It's also more affordable than other popular ones (Tineco). I got this on sale for $340. Just buy it!!

works very well! great suction great design and very easy to use. my floors have never been cleaner!! I will never go back to bucket moping again! buy it you won't regret it! and it is cheaper than most others with the same clean and quality.

I used this floor cleaner for the first time today, and I am amazed by how wonderfully effective it is. It cleaned my dark hardwood floors without streaks. It is very lightweight, self-propelled, and the floors are quickly vacuum dried. Dirty water is sucked into a separate tank, so only clean water touches the floor. It's worth every penny.

I am thrilled I got this! I read all the reviews and was a little worried, but so far I love it. It cleans well. My floor is dry in about a minute. It does seperate the gunk from the dirty water which is great. I have a crazy amount of cat hair from my two cats, and I have long hair. (wykyk.) Sweeping alone or vacuuming would never get even a 16th of what this gets. The self cleaning is awesome! I'm amazed at how much cat hair is in the tank to dump after the self cleaning has finished. All that would normally be stuck on the brush or in the pipes. No hair is ever wrapped around the brush. A full battery life is good enough for me to do my kitchen, pantry, living room, family room, and bathroom on smart mode while still using turbo and max enhancement where needed. The instructions are easy to understand and thorough. The box comes with a bottle of soap, a cleaning brush, an extra filter, and an extra roller brush. The weight is very light. It's extremely easy to maneuver around. It cleans right up to the edge of the wall. The suction is great. Although I've yet to try picking up anything gross like in the videos. It can be paused instantly either by standing upright or pushing the power button. Absolutely no complaints.
Oh, there's a quiet mode too, but its not loud anyway. The self clean mode makes a little noise too, but nothing that can be ignored, or that is intrusive in any way.

super handy - no need to vacummn and then mop anymore. But the roller jams from time to time - it's quite annoying. Overall happy with it very convenient

I ordered this vacuum after watching several videos on YouTube recommending it. I am super happy with the purchase. Our home is usually not 'dirty', but I want to cut down on the dust by mopping the floors more often. I can't say I enjoy mopping myself, so I got this to help. WOW, what a wonderful product. The design is superb, very easy to use, cleaning the floor and the dirty rank is so easy. I want to mop every day now. But it does such a good job that I really only need to use it once a week. I have hard surfaces throughout my house ( hardwood and tile), so this is perfect! My home has never been so clean!

I purchased this product after my Tineco S7 Pro broke (Handle on it snapped). I chose this based on a lot of research and reviews over another Tineco. This is very comparable to the Tineco. However, I can clean basically my entire house on one tank of clean water with this one, where the Tineco took me 3-4 tanks, plus the Tineco would say the dirty water tank was full, and it wasn't, but the sensors would be blocked by pet hair. (Full disclosure, I have 2 dogs, including a Golden retriever, so lots of shedding). The Tineco picks up pet hair better in my opinion, and it suctions it better through the vacuum, where with the Narwall, the pet hair accumulates around the brush cover (doesn't get tangled in the brush, but bigger clumps don't get sucked up as well as with the Tineco). Cleaning is about the same... both very straight forward and simple. I do love the cleaning solution tank on the Narwall, where you just fill it and don't have to worry about it until you add more. That is a very nice feature. Overall, in my opinion, while both are very good, the fact that the Narwall S20 is a couple hundred dollars cheaper, has the brush drying feature with the self clean, I would definitely recommend this product.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that it does not suction pet hair as well as the Tineco does, and it gets stuck around the brush cover. It's easy to clean when you empty the dirty water tank, but would definitely give 5 stars if it sucked the hair up as well as the Tineco S7 Pro does.

This is a miracle machine! It cleans the floors right up to the edge. It sweeps and mops and does a great job of both. It separates the chunky dirt from the liquid mop water and it is very easy to clean both areas. After having two years of arm problems, I very much appreciate that it is self propelled. It is also self cleaning! I'm glad to have such an awesome vacuum/mop.

Nice features with self cleaning but for shinny tiles it leaves streaks but works well on laminate/wood flooring as dont see streaks.

This product is amazing, it vacuums and mops well. It's self cleaning is thorough.

Love my new Narwal, it cleans the floor brilliantly and cleans up any spills or messes leaving nothing behind. Great with a toddler in the house.
Easy to set up and use and has great features that's only seen on much more expensive rivals.

Used once and very happy with the cleaning result.

Super cleaning machine! Controls; great, interactive feedback, great; overall, awesome! Machine cleans well and does all that it says it does. Super cool and sophisticated! A bit pricy; but worth every penny! Great value for money! Super recommended!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this mop/ vac. I have bought so many name brand products and have been impressed with none of them. My most recent was the cross wave which was horrendous. I purchased this one without high hopes as it was mentioned on an influencer's page, but I'm so HAPPY I did!!!! This is the best mop/vac product I have ever owned. Super easy and lightweight. I actually feel like my floors are getting clean. Highly recommend!

I’ve used it 2 times and love the edge to edge cleaning. Also the self cleaning is fantastic

I did so much research on different brands/options and finally bit the bullet. So happy I did. I love it! We have a collie plus 4 kids and this does the trick everytime and makes me feel like I actually have my s**t together. 🙏

This is such a great product. I have the type of tiles which show up everything. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and a lot of foot prints smudges. The S20 has given me back my sanity. It is so easy to use and cleans the floor perfectly. Love love love the self clean function and the tangle free roller - did I mention I have 3 large dogs. I did my bathrooms x 2, laundry, 2 hall ways, kitchen, dining and rumpus and still had 59% power left. Such a great product, so easy to use, store and empty water tank and waste. The vacuum talks you through everything.

I'm using this mop for 2 months now, and this is a best gadget for the laminate flooring we have all over the house. No more buckets and washing mop pads. With two cats it's just perfect, and cleaning mop is very easy. I'm really enjoying cleaning my floors now. Buy it now!

I purchased this product following some research on other customers reviews and have found the positive comments to be accurate. The machine certainly does what it is marketed to do and I would recommend it.
