I’ve been waiting for some time to purchase a Narwal S30pro however the standard price was a little more than my budget, after trying various Bissel wet & dry mops and returning them all for refunds I carefully reviewed the S30pro over many many hours.
The Black Friday sale lowered the price just enough to make it affordable to me so I purchased it at a great price.
The machine itself works exactly as promised, vacuums and mops and leaves a perfect finish on my terrazzo tiles.
The various Bissels I’d purchased & returned left streaks all over the floor, my tiles are sealed mat finish so I was hoping the Narwal would not do the same, it gave a perfect streak free result on first use, incredibly easy to use it just glides around and when finished unlike other machines you simply empty the dirty water tank and heavy particle mesh bag and your done and it really does self clean , moreover it dries itself perfectly so there is no nasty odour from your machine, and you don’t have to leave the parts outside for 24 hours waiting for them to dry like similar machines.
The after sales service was terrific, Daniel looked after any questions I had regarding shipping and other stupid questions I asked too, he was helpful and I couldn’t ask for more from a customer support person, a lot of companies could learn from Daniel.
I'm really impressed with the Narwal S30 Pro! It comes with so many useful accessories. My favorite is definitely the floor cleaner—after mopping, the whole space smells fresh and clean. The water tank is large enough to cover my 1300 sq ft store in just one trip, and it takes less than 10 minutes to finish.
The machine itself is compact and easy to store; I just tuck it in the corner of my office and it doesn‘t get in the way at all. The auto-cleaning function is another highlight—fast (only a few minutes), quiet(compare to other robot vacuum I used before, they made huge noise when they self clean), and it even cuts off hair to prevent tangling.
Overall, it’s efficient, convenient, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommended!

I can't believe I waited this long to get a vacuum mop! It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me so much time and effort—especially with pets running around. It picks up everything from crumbs to pet hair, and then immediately follows up with a deep clean mop that leaves my floors spotless and streak-free.
The suction power is impressive, the water tank is easy to fill and clean, and the controls are super intuitive. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture, and the battery life is more than enough to clean my entire home in one go.
Took a while to arrive but worth the wait! Works really well gets close to the edges of the walls & furniture.

Faulty from day 1 auto detergent doesnt work and leaks in dock. Not happy will return.
Its worth every cent easy to maintain cleans all floors to tiles and floating floor boards and our carpet sucks up everything with ease the self cleaning is my favourite function after running over the floors I definitely recommend this product the AI mode helps with selection of various floors modes.

I love this machine. It picks up everything and cleans my hybrid floors very well. However, I have gloss tiles in the kitchen and bathroom and it does a poor job of cleaning those. They hardly even get wet.
