Narwal Flow - Robot Vacuum & Mop

We decided to go ahead and splurge on a robotic vacuum and mop cleaner. We chose the Narwal Flow. It is a great choice and we feel that it is the best on the market. We did a lot of research, and we first eliminated the models that had the mopping feature with the two-disc pads and also the vibrating pads units as well. The just seem to push the dirt around. We wanted the continuous cleaning roller mop models. The Narwal Flow incorporated this feature but did it even better. They use, for lack of a better way to describe it, a conveyor flat mop approach. See the literature for a better description and pictures. It really does the job and it go back to the station to reclean the mop head whenever it senses that it is getting too dirty. So you always have a clean mop head. The app is not bad and can do everything you need this robot to do. Clean the whole house, clean a room or rooms, or clean zones that you create in the app. after is maps out your home. Tip.... the mapping feature, when you first do it, try get everything off the floors other than the furniture, so that it creates a clean map of your home. You can always split rooms, combine rooms, put in zones, or let it go and clean the entire house. I was in such a hurry that it didn't quite get a complete accurate mapping, because it couldn't see all the walls. It wasn't a big deal to correct, just go ahead and "remap" when you're ready again. It does not take long. The app is fairly intuitive so connecting to your network is pretty straight forward.
This unit comes with all the bells and whistles. It vacuums, it mops or it vacuums and mops, or it will vacuum first, then mop, etc. etc. I personally like the "Zone" feature, because you can tell it to clean the areas that you determine are the dirtiest and let it go! I thought we had a clean house, but the dirty water in the base station tells me a different story. The wood floors just have more shine to them. When it's through it goes back to the base station and recleans the mop with hot water and dries the mop head as well. Ohh, it also empties out the dust and hair that it picks up as well. Now that we have used it for a few days, my wife will never let me return it. It will be a permanent part of the family from now on. Go get yourself a Narwal Flow, you won't be disappointed.

I bought the Narwal Flow a few weeks ago and it has completely changed how I keep my 1,600 square foot home clean, especially with a cat. It is perfect for anyone who wants to stop worrying about daily cleaning.

The battery life is outstanding. It cleans my entire place in one go with no mid-clean charging needed. That is a huge step up from my old robot, which would quit halfway through.

The suction power is excellent. It easily picks up cat hair, litter crumbs, and fine dust without getting tangled. The anti-tangle brush design means I no longer waste time pulling fur out of rollers.

The mopping feature is the real standout. Unlike cheaper models that just dampen the floor, the rolling track mop scrubs enough to remove dried stains on tile while still being gentle on hardwood. It even lifts the mops when moving over rugs. The self-maintaining dock is a game changer because it empties the dustbin into a sealed bag, rinses the mops with hot water, and dries them so I do not have to worry about smells or mold.

On top of that, the sleek design looks good in my living room and it runs so quietly that I can keep it going while working from home.

Overall, it checks every box: strong vacuuming, real scrubbing, low maintenance, and quiet operation. For pet owners or anyone who wants spotless floors without effort, it is worth every cent.

What I love:
-The roller mop is outstanding. It cleans dried food spills on the kitchen floor and muddy footprints by the door perfectly. I never have to get on my knees to scrub tough spots anymore, and it leaves all my floors looking shiny.
-It's fully versatile. It vacuums pet hair off the carpet, mops hardwood and tile floors, and even gets into the tight spaces between the counter and the sink. One machine takes care of all my floor cleaning needs, no more switching between different tools.
-It's thin enough to slide under my bed! Those areas used to be covered in dust because I couldn't reach them, but now they get cleaned every time the robot runs.
-The app is simple to use. I can choose specific rooms to clean, set a schedule for weekday mornings, or start a cleaning session while I'm out running errands. It always works without any issues.
-The water tank holds enough for my 900 sq ft house. I don't have to stop halfway through to refill it. After cleaning, I empty the dirty water, rinse the tank out, and it's ready to go again for next time.
Cons:
Like most good robot cleaners, it's a bit pricey. I had to budget for a few months before buying it, but it's totally worth the cost.

I got the Narwal Flow after a friend’s tip and YouTube reviews—and it’s miles better than my old first-gen robot. The tech upgrade is huge, especially for mopping and obstacle avoidance.
It’s a daily lifesaver: keeps the house clean, so I have more free time. The track mop is thorough. It could target sticky spots (sauce, dried juice) and leave no streaks. With AI, LIDAR, and cameras, it finds messes and adjusts its cleaning strategy perfectly.
Obstacle avoidance is top-tier too. No more bashing chairs or getting stuck on Lego—this one steers clear of toys, rugs, cords. I’ve even caught myself watching it work; it’s quiet and efficient. I totally like the smart AI cameras. It turns on a small light when used at night—illuminates the floor so it never misses a spot in the dark.
Post-clean, it self-washes mops, sanitizes the dust bin, and checks water clarity—if dirty, it runs a second cycle. The app is simple: map rooms, pick spots to clean (like post-dinner kitchen), and tweak settings (suction, mop wetness) or let AI handle it.
Overall, the Narwal Flow is fantastic. If you want a robot that actually mops well and navigates smartly, this is it.

I have three dogs and two kids and this vacuums and mops my house every night no problems. It’s able to navigate over my baby gate and rarely gets stuck. The only issue we have is sometimes the vacuum doesn’t empty properly but it’s an easy fix with a manual empty.

Works remarkably well - diligently finds all rooms, and applies appropriate treatment. Lets us know when it needs service, water change etc.

Worth every cent. Ive previously had a robot mop but this Narwal can “wipe the floor with it!”
We chose this because we have shiny white tiled floors. It does an impressive job. I cant stop raving about it to my friends.

Amaaaaazing - use it daily

So far, we’ve used this to vacuum carpeted and hard floors and to mop hard floors. It has exceeded our expectations on all surfaces. Only niggle is that the app is a little unstable at times. Recommended

Easy set up but took a while to configure best options to clean so it wasn't taking 4-5 hours to clean.

Absolutely love this robot this is my third robot vac and my second vac mop and I did t love my old one from a different brand and was reluctant to get another but so glad I did I love this it vacuums so well and we are a family of 6 with an inside dog and it is amazing highly recommend

Vacuums quiet well and mops very well (better than me). Little bit clumsy on mapping the house but got there in the end. Would have definitely preferred a plumbed in dock if you could get them in Aus - only have to change the water once a week but the dirty water tank smells horrible after sitting for a week. Hopefully will integrate well with home assistant once matter support comes out Nov/25.
