The best investment one could ever ask for my Husband was sceptical, but since he’s seen the machine in action-he two is surprised by the cleanliness of this machine both vacuuming and mopping or combined. It was difficult to set up. I need a ChatGPT to help me with that which I found annoying besides that. I still haven’t worked out the no zone areas I’ve marked it on the mapping yet the machine still goes in that area so there’s a little bit of fiddling with the app but that’s nothing. It’s just timing. It’s doing everything I wanted to do and more and it saved me so much time and I’m just extremely happy if you haven’t already bought one go spend your money it’s well worth it.
Great machine, it is better than I expected by a long way. Easy to set up and so quiet. I did contact support regarding rewards points that I mucked up, problem fixed in no time, good response time too. I knew I would never buy a roborock again as they didn't have any helpful people in their support section, and so rude. Seriously folks this machine a ripper. I am currently running it every 2nd day, sometimes more as I am toilet training a puppy and it's been raining a lot so my Spoodle and pup are in and out all day long creating a mess. I am also not tech savvy (over 60y/o) and have found the app to be easy to use.
Loving my Freo x 10 Pro, it cleans my house perfectly. Of course it can’t climb into the bathrooms or laundries but I am happy to do those areas. I’m still learning to use the app and machine and had to remap it as it was going to knock a very expensive floor lamp -the no zone areas are hard to mark because the rooms are not as per the plans of my house. Besides this loving not having to vacuum and mop my house again it’s given me more time to do what I need to do.
I can’t believe how easy the collection bags make to cleaning the system and the cleaner is remarkable. My floors have never looked so clean.
I have COPD and am unable to vacuum and mop my house, this wonderful machine does it for me. Does a great job and preserves some of my independence.
The contained waste bag is a good utensil to have in place. I cannot imagine how dirty the cavity would be without it. Though, there is still a bit dirt flying around in the chamber, but it is acceptable. Luckily all parts can be rinsed after use. That’s why I give the bag a 4.6 if I could.
Great vaccum, we have two dogs, paw 🐾 on tiles/hard flooring, and both different types have come up shiny!! It also does a great job of vacuuming up the hair!
Bought the Narwal Flow 2, to replace a older Hubot model, must say that this new one while more expensive does a far better job than the old one, moved into a new home with wool carpet and tiles in the wet areas
After first start up and mapping it is running like a dream , carpets where professionally dry clean before moving in yet the Flow 2 still managed to pick up a lot of dirt on first cycle, mapped all the furniture and no go zones really well.
Few minor problems with the App on the phone, but I think that was down to user error, fully sorted now and can easily program it to do high traffic areas over rooms not used much
I have no pets so can't comment on that side but given the performance of the rest I doubt there would be any problems

Excellent value for money and prompt delivery
The mops are excellent—high quality, sturdy, and long-lasting, and they come at a very reasonable price.
So impressed with my first ever Robot Vacuum and Mop. Super easy to set up - it mapped the house quickly and then got straight into cleaning! The mopping is quite basic but still great for the price. And had excellent customer service when we had a minor issue. Highly recommended.
Took a while to arrive but worth the wait! Works really well gets close to the edges of the walls & furniture.
Excellent clean.
Love it !
Faulty from day 1 auto detergent doesnt work and leaks in dock. Not happy will return.

Coming from the Roomba line since the beginning, owning the latest ones (combo max and the J8+), I feel like I'm emerging from the stone age into modern life in one jump.
First, the Narwal app is kinda bad. It took a lot of work to get my floorplan correctly set with the right rooms through a lot of merging and splitting. No average user would go through that trouble. But the rest of the app was more or less fine, minus the problems they have with obviously being primarily Chinese language speakers (the English phrasing is a little...weird, but completely understandable).
In particular, I will focus on the mopping and self-cleaning and maintenance aspects: I can already tell within the first 2 weeks of having this unit that it will be easy to maintain. By comparison, the Roomba autowash docks are awful in design: Many places for water to hide and fester, "drying" takes hours with a weak fan and after 2 days of sitting there, things are STILL damp, no way to properly clean the areas that touch water, the water drain hole is tiny and clogs easily, causing more standing water issues....I could go on and on.
The Flow 2 has a separate 2-level tray that the water sits in, which is completely removable for deep cleaning. It has a reasonably high-powered fan that blows heated air to dry things out. I found, while at first counter-intuitive, that it will NOT evacuate the dust bin first, but rather, makes sure EVERYTHING IS DRY before sucking out the dust bin (usually at the start of the NEXT job, not at the end of the current job). Genius, and prevents the gross clumping and risk of water entering the dry areas of the dust bag and robot bin.
Result: After it said that everything was clean and dry, it actually was clean and dry. The mop roller was fresh and bone dry. The base station and water trays were all dry. The only remaining water was a little 2"x 2" reservoir where the water collects to be pumped out under the water tray, and that was almost dry too.
With the roomba combo max, I just replaced mopping the floors every week with cleaning the wash station, and the floors were only....kind of clean (as clean as you can get by dragging a damp cloth across it).
With the Flow 2, my hardwood floors (family of 5, no pets) are actually clean, and the self-cleaning base station is as advertised. I should not have to clean it often, and definitely not after every mopping. The roller mop is as clean as if I used my manual steam mop, and it indeed covers all corners and edges, completely up to the edge. "99%", as advertised.
One small problem that is still outstanding--It refuses to travel under my sofas. There's plenty of clearance, but still, it will not go under an area of sofa. Your experience may differ here, and it's not a dealbreaker for me. I expect future updates to make this better.
Good job Narwal! Now, please make the app better and improve the navigation to go under sofas! If you need translation help....please invest in it. It makes you look a lot more professional and polished.

Overall, this robot vacuum has been a great addition to my home. As someone with both pet and delicate equipment like a piano and my skis, I'm impressed with its intelligence and performance.
Pros:
1. Extremely Quiet: It's so quiet that it doesn't disturb my cat at all. I also noticed the sensors are very responsive to pets, which provides great peace of mind.
2. Fast Mapping: The initial mapping was very quick; it finished the whole layout before I even came back for it.
3. Smart Obstacle Avoidance: This is a big one for me. It identifies and avoids my piano and skis perfectly without any bumps. It also recognizes loose cables in the living room and navigates around them automatically.
4. Deep Cleaning: The suction is top-tier. It will identify high-traffic areas (like the kitchen) and performs a more thorough deep clean there.
5. Aesthetic Design: The black color and modern look fit seamlessly with various interior styles.
Cons:
1. Setup Note: Be aware that the accessories are stored inside the water tank for shipping. Check there first to ensure you have everything.
2. Weight: The unit is quite heavy, so it's best to decide on a permanent spot for the base station from the start.

The Narwal Flow 2 is such a massive upgrade over my old mid-range Ecovacs. That one worked okay, but this is leagues better! It mapped out the main floor perfectly (around 800sqft) on the first try and seems to be improving the map with each run. Obstacle avoidance is perfect. Previously I had to clean up cables and blankets before starting the old robot vacuum/mop, otherwise I'd come home to it stuck and having cleaned only half the house. Now, I can leave cables where they are and the Flow 2 has avoided them every time, while still getting the whole floor clean! Our floors are basically always spotless now.
A few nice pluses I didn't expect, coming from a mid-range robot vacuum/mop combo:
- way quieter than the old one but still manages to be more effective at vacuuming
- mopping is stellar, no complaints there at all
- base station is gorgeous, and much easier to clean if needed (not really needed to be honest)
One of the biggest wins is how it handles our senior cat. She sometimes has accidents and this thing cleans it up without any issues. With the old robot and its rotating pads, I always felt like there was a lingering smell afterward, but this one leaves everything totally fresh.
The base station looks really clean in the house and doesn't smell at all which is huge. My only real gripe is that the mop wash and dry cycles take a long time to finish. It isn't a dealbreaker though, because the main goal was getting the floors clean without any leftover smells and it definitely nailed that.
It works pretty good at vaccumming, its sort of ok at mopping. If you have a lot of kids & pets, this probably isn't the right choice. It's not designed to mop tough stains
