I‘ve had this for almost 2 months now and I absolutely love it! It does a pretty decent job picking up dog hair from 3 dogs, but I‘m more impressed with the mopping! It is so thorough and it goes over areas multiple times if needed. Saves me from so much work during the week! I also use distilled water in it due to the hard water we have.

Once it is programed and mapped, it efficiently vacuums and mops the whole house or just one room reaching corners and baseboards with ease. Controlled from your phone, it handles debris and mopping seamlessly, while the base station manages the rest -- just empty or refill as needed. The quality is great, it is a true timesaver!

I had been wanting a robot vacuum like this for a long time and compared many different models before finally choosing the Narwal Freo Z10. For me it has the perfect balance of price and quality. The setup was surprisingly easy ’ we quickly figured out the app, and the robot built a map of our home right away without any issues. I love the different cleaning options, and the side brushes that even reach along the baseboards. It has great suction power, and since we have carpets in some rooms, I was impressed with how well it cleans them ‘ we now have perfectly clean carpets as well as floors. It’s very easy to control, maintain, and adjust before use, much simpler than I expected. Overall, it does an excellent job and I‘m very happy with this purchase

After much researching, I decided to purchase the Narwal vacuum/mop, and I couldn‘t be happier! We just installed LVP flooring, and I wanted to keep it clean from the time it was put in. We have a large dog who brings in a lot of dirt, and I run the vacuum twice a day, with mopping twice a week. It is so quiet that I don’t hear it cleaning, and it keeps the flooring immaculate. Love it! In addition, their customer service has been terrific when I needed assistance with installing the brushes.

I so want to love this machine, it��s great at mopping but truly lacking some vacuum power and I have find it constantly pushing around the pet hair instead of vacuuming it up. Picture doesn��t lie. I find the hair stuck to the rugs and under the rugs. It was easy to set up and the mapping was quick but just not enough power for 2 dogs and a cat..

I have owned several different types of this product and this one blew them away. The mop feature was a game changer and I could not be happier with how much cleaner my floors stay.

I'm really pleased with my narwal. Although it does pull the tasseled rugs up, it DOES NOT get stuck in them! The robot is so incredibly silent too. I really the various options for cleaning, like the vacuum and mop, vacuum then mop, mop, etc. Happy customer here!

The minor effort is making sure one tank is filled with clean water and that the previously-used dirty tank is emptied between each house run. Narwal‘s customer service department told me that they will soon post to their website,us.narwal.com, an ‘Auto Water Exchange Kit’ for Freo Z10 to give the customer the option of plumbing-in the clean water input and the drainage of the dirty water via a plumbing system. After the first couple runs of my robot, it cleaned my entire house averaging 1.5 hours. The first setup step is the Narwal robot using AI to map your house. You can create more than one map. There are lots of programming options you can set up in the app. For the most effective cleaning outcomes, keep the default setting called ’Freo Smart‘, where AI after analysis determines the floor type, the level of dirt, if the mess requires vacuuming before mopping, the number of passes to make until the floor is clean, the temperature of the water to wet the mop pads, etc. The no-hair wrap and ’arm-extend‘ to clean under cabinets are 2 of my favorite features. I am not going to list all the other fantastic features, because Amazon’s and Narwal‘s official sites do an excellent job of explaining the product‘s features. Narwal also has useful videos on the website and on YouTube. Clean all floor types utilizing one of the following controls: App, button, or voice control. The product’s design makes the replaceable accessories easy to remove and to replace. The App provides the life of each accessory and sometimes tracks the number of days until expiration. Note that the robot supports Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, not 5 GHz.Cons: Narwal‘s User Manual uses a font that is difficult for an elderly person to read, even when I tried the alternative of printing it from their official website. The AI Map resulting from the first step of the setup is difficult to edit, but I was able to achieve approximately a 95% match to my actual floor plan. There was no effect on the cleaning results.***Definitely buy this highly-efficient vacuuming and mopping robot combo to make your life much easier!

I was honestly a bit skeptical about whether a robot could handle both vacuuming and mopping well, but the Narwal Z10 has completely won me over.This thing is a workhorse! It flawlessly completes its cleaning routine every single time. It zips around my house without getting lost or stuck, even with all my furniture. The self-emptying and mop-cleaning features are amazing’it handles all the dirty work itself, so I just let it do its thing.My floors have never looked better. The suction power is incredible, easily picking up all the pet hair and crumbs. The mopping is what really blew me away, though. It actually gets into the corners and along the baseboards, and my floors feel genuinely clean, not just wiped down. This robot has changed my daily cleaning routine for the better. This is my first robot vacuum. Setup from unboxing was about 20 mins. App is intuitive. Started cleaning in about an hour after initial charge. Impressive. Floor has no dirt or grit anywhere. App shows cleaning progress. Looking forward to mopping soon on hardwood floors to see how well it does. Overall very impressed.

The Narwal vacuum does what it says that it does. We have a limited amount of space that we have to clean, but we never seem to get around to sweeping and mopping. The Narwal schedule and room zones make it really easy to determine what is cleaned and when it is cleaned. I like that you can set the schedule to Vacuum, or Vacuum and Mop or Vacuum then Mop. We have it cleaning a space with Kitchen Table with 4 chairs and a dining table with 5 chairs and a bench. The vacuum moves around the legs and all of hte obstacles really well. On the nights that we have it mop, we move the chairs out of the way. We have it scheduled to clean overnight, and it is not too loud.It has gotten stuck once or twice in a spot. The app lets you know and it turns off after a period of time. The next morning we put it back in its home and it continues on the next scheduled time. It has also picked up a necklace once or twice, but it was really easy to get the necklace unstuck.The only issue seems to be availability and cost of the supplies but think it is worth it even with those issues.Overall, really happy with the purchase and would purchase another product of theirs.

Great robot cleaner, it is smart and really save me a lot of time and effort when keeping our floor clean. Compared to the old robot cleaner we had, it‘s much quieter while cleaning whether it’s vacuuming or mopping. Self cleaning is super convenient and it actually did a great job keeping the mop clean and dry.I also like that you can add a few different map and can choose different rooms or actions to fit your needs when cleaning the floor. The extended mop function is awesome to keep the edges clean. You can also pre-schedule the robot to clean at a certain date and time. Love my Narwal. This is a great buy for me, totally worth it.

I am an experienced robotic vacuum/mop user and have owned other models in the past that required constant "babysitting" and resets, but Narwal has finally designed a product that works as intended without constant contact with technical support and without the ridiculous price tag!Here's why it's better than any other floor cleaning robot I've used before:* Gets the job done without constant supervision (doesn't get lost or stuck)* Very quiet operation, even on the strongest vacuum setting, so it doesn't bother my pets at all* Long run time on the battery charge and quickly recharges* GAME CHANGER: the mop extends outward to clean corners and edges like I've never seen another robot do!* Excellent customization for cleaning controls, mapping, naming, and more* Handles pet hair easily and efficiently, doesn't clog up and never tangles* Cleans itself well, so it's easy to touch it up after it works all day, and I only do a "deep clean" once a month* The detergent that Narwal supplies is very efficient and lasts a really long time (and smells nice)* You could easily spend nearly twice the money on another brand that will give you nothing but headaches (I'm looking at you, Ecovacs)* Because of the comparably lower cost, I invested in TWO Narwal robots to cover my large home in record timeTo be honest, I've only encountered two minor issues. I think the "object avoidance" still needs a little work. The robot just refuses to recognize my pets' water fountains and drives into them, getting stuck on the splash mats underneath, so I do have to pick up the fountains any time I run the mop setting.Also, I did have to do a hard reset and remapping one time after a few weeks when the robot seemed to not know where it was and ran an erratic pattern, even after restarting it a couple times. HOWEVER, previous floor robots I've had needed resetting on pretty consistent basis, a real waste of my time and energy, and they did not perform on near the level that the Narwal does, so I'm not that concerned I had to reset it one time so far.If you've gotten this far, hopefully you are convinced that this is the floor robot you need in your life. Saves me so much time and back breaking work. Cannot recommend it any more highly!

The Narwal is great. We've had it for about a month now. Having the vacuum and mop in one device is great. The intelligence on going around objects is amazing. Easy to keep clean and ready for the next scheduled job.The app is a little clunky to navigate, but it does what is needed. It does a great job on notifications.

I desperately needed a robot cleaner for my new home and chose Narwal due to its design, specs, and affordability. I really like the modern design and flexible app control for mapping, scheduling jobs, and ad-hoc cleaning. The robot vacuums and mops fairly well, and has separate clean and dirty water tanks that need refill/empty every couple mopping jobs. It takes some time to finish each space, but does a thorough job for basic cleaning. Some tough stains may still need some manual work, but definitely a real time-saver!

I love this vacuum and mop. I have 2 large dogs and my floors have never been cleaner. It picks up long hair in addition to the dog hair. It senses when to vacuum and when to mop. It goes over areas multiple times when needed. It get the edges of carpets and close to the walls.

This is the best vacuum I have tried. I like that it has easy to empty and fill up canisters. It's very easy to set up. The vacuum is very durable,.it has strong suction and the mop pads do a great job. It mapped my home in less than 10 minutes and I have a house that's over $1,500 ft. I also like that it does not miss spots. This is the best brand I've ever had after trying many others. I got it on sale so the value for the money is great. It does disconnect sometimes but it connects again right away, I believe this might be due to the many devices I have on my network and not the vacuum itself.
