1. Narwal Price Match Guarantee
We’re committed to offering you the best value. If the following conditions are met, we’ll gladly refund the difference:
2. Eligibility Conditions
- The price match guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If the price of your purchased product is reduced on the official Narwal online store within 30 days, we will match the lower price upon request.
- The product must be purchased and compared within the same Australian territory.
- The item must be the same brand, model number, and colour, as listed on the official Narwal online store.
You will need to provide the order number or the email address used at checkout on the official Narwal website so we can verify the purchase and process the refund.
3. Promotional Period Policy
During major promotional events (including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and EOFY campaigns), the Price Match Guarantee period may be reduced to 7 days from the date of purchase, or limited to the same promotional campaign only.
Narwal reserves the right to adjust the price match period during promotional events.
4. Exclusions
The Narwal Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- All accessories.
- Any lower price resulting from a breach of Narwal’s advertising or pricing policies, or where matching the price would violate applicable policies or laws.
- Price match is only available for purchases made on au.narwal.com. Products purchased through any other channels are not eligible for price matching.
