2. Why was I charged an International Transaction Fee?
Due to uncontrollable factors, Narwal AU has not yet established a local business entity in Australia. As a result, a very small number of customers may incur an international transaction fee during the payment process — particularly in the following cases:
When the payment method is identified by the card issuer as having a lower credit rating.
When the card is subject to special issuer terms and conditions.
Narwal always maintains a transparent pricing process and will never charge any hidden fees throughout the transaction. International transaction fee is charged by your bank or credit card provider and may occur when your bank or credit card provider determines that the transaction involves an international payment.
We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer directly for detailed information about the reason and amount of this fee. 3. What should I do if my order is marked as a medium or high-risk order and I receive a notification email?
If your order is flagged as a medium or high-risk transaction, it means our payment system requires additional verification to protect you from potential fraud.
What you should do:
- Please check the email we sent you for verification instructions.
- Provide the requested information or documents as soon as possible.
- Once your details are verified, we will proceed with processing your order.
If we do not receive the required verification within the specified time, the order may be automatically cancelled and refunded.
